Answer: Since 1998! We'll LISTEN! Servicing the Greater Houston area since 1998 on mere reputation ALONE! IT's Time to kick it up a notch! After doing the most important thing in Computer Services for years... Providing Computer Solutions with our custom installation packages, gives us an edge on our competitors "Band aid" approach. we have learned, after LISTENING to our customers daily habits, by providing a Customized configuration of maintenance procedures and REAL GEEK Tweaks to maximize your computer experience! ...This Generates "WORD OF MOUTH" Recommendations for new customers! with a logical approach and synopsis towards your daily computer experience can make things easier for you later! Question: How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Answer: Being a previous owner of,(Geeks on Call), the only competitor to Geek Squad, I was disappointed in the lack of Quality workmanship technicians were providing customers that just wanted the computer to work "the way it used to"! After coming behind technicians that obviously have no experience in dealing with customers who are just wanting the computer to get on the internet again to catch up on work.... DON'T SETTLE for poor workmanship!!! Geek of Houston takes accountability and gives you the choice of services you need and want!

Answer: We are an on call service with NO TRIP CHARGE! FREE Diagnostics.... NO TRICKS...
